About

Natural Born Healer is a bodywork practice rooted in lived experience, deep listening, and nervous system awareness.

My name is Ash. I’m a qualified deep tissue massage therapist and natural born healer from Australia. Healing has always felt instinctive to me. From a young age, I’ve carried a deep sense of empathy and a natural ability to connect with people on a meaningful level. Over time, that inner knowing guided me toward massage therapy and holistic bodywork as a way to support others through touch, presence, and care.

My work is informed not only by professional training, but by my own lived journey through trauma, addiction, recovery, and reconnection to the body. That experience shapes the way I hold space. My approach is slow, attuned, and client led, recognising that the body often holds what words cannot express. I work with people seeking relief not just from physical tension, but from stress, overwhelm, and deeply held emotional patterns.

I trained in Cambridge at one of the world’s leading colleges, learning from highly respected teachers and practitioners who helped shape both my technical skill and my intuitive approach. This training gave me a strong foundation in deep tissue and Swedish massage, while reinforcing the importance of listening, sensitivity, and treating every body as unique.

Over the past decade, I’ve continued to develop my practice, blending professional massage therapy with natural healing ability. I believe that touch, when offered with care and intention, can calm the nervous system, release emotional weight, and support the body’s return to balance.

Alongside my hands on work, I am currently writing a memoir exploring trauma, survival, and the long road back to wholeness. This personal work continues to deepen my understanding of healing and informs the way I support others.

Seeing clients leave feeling lighter, more relaxed, and more at ease is what continues to inspire my work. I’m grateful to do what I do, and I look forward to supporting you on your own healing journey.
