Festivals can be magical, energising, and deeply connecting. They can also be a lot on the body and nervous system. Our healing tent is here for the moments when you feel called to slow down, breathe, and receive.

When you book a massage or treatment with us, you are stepping into a calm, grounded space away from the crowds. A place where you can fully relax, release tension, and reconnect with yourself before heading back into the festival flow.

What to Expect When You Arrive

You will be welcomed into our 6 metre healing tent, a softly held space designed to feel safe, calm, and supportive. Everything moves at your pace.

Before your session begins, we will take a few moments to check in with you. This is a gentle conversation to understand how your body feels, what you need in that moment, and what kind of support would feel best for you.

There is no rush and no pressure. This is your time.

Your Treatment Experience

Each session is completely tailored to you. Depending on what you book and how you are feeling, your treatment may include grounding touch, deeper bodywork, breath-led release, or gentle nervous system regulation.

Our work supports you to:

  • Release physical tension from dancing, travelling, or standing for long periods

  • Settle your nervous system if you are feeling overwhelmed or overstimulated

  • Reconnect with your body if you feel spaced out or disconnected

  • Rest deeply and integrate the festival experience

Many people describe their session as a reset. A moment where everything softens and the body remembers how to feel safe, relaxed, and present again.

Treatments Available

Deep Tissue Massage
For tired, achy, or overworked muscles. This is intuitive, focused bodywork designed to release tension, knots, and restriction while still feeling supportive and grounded.

Swedish Massage
A flowing, restorative massage to support relaxation, circulation, and overall wellbeing. Ideal if you want to slow down and fully rest.

Kundalini Bodywork
A gentle yet powerful session supporting emotional release and energetic balance. This can help you feel clearer, lighter, and more connected in your body.

Triple Vagal Method
A soft somatic treatment that works with the vagus nerve to calm the nervous system. This is especially supportive if you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally tender.

Somatic Breathwork
Guided, trauma-aware breathwork to release stored emotion and bring you back into presence. Sessions are always adapted to how your body responds.

You are welcome to book shorter sessions for a quick reset or longer sessions for deeper release.

A Safe and Supportive Space

All sessions are trauma-aware, consent-led, and grounded in nervous system safety. You are always in control, and we check in with you throughout your treatment.

This is not about pushing through or having a big experience. It is about listening to your body and giving it exactly what it needs in that moment.

After Your Session

Most people leave feeling calmer, more grounded, and more connected to themselves. Many return later in the festival for another session, using the space as a place to come back to between music, workshops, and social time.

You are welcome to take your time before re-entering the festival. Sit, breathe, drink some water, and let your body integrate.

Booking Your Session

Sessions are available throughout the day and can be booked by a dedicated link to each festival we are at, keep an eye on our social media to find out where we will be. We recommend booking as early as possible, as spaces often fill quickly.

If your body is asking for rest, grounding, or release, trust that call. We would love to hold space for you.

Arrival Times and Booking Policy

To keep the space flowing smoothly for everyone, we ask that you arrive on time for your booked session.

We understand festivals are busy environments, so we allow a 15 minute leeway from your start time. Please do your best to arrive within this window.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened or your space may be offered to someone else waiting for treatment. This helps us stay fair to other festival-goers and maintain the calm, steady rhythm of the healing space.

If you are running late, please come and speak to us at the tent as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you where we can.
